Porta Pandana is honored to welcome Atsuro Chiba giving his first seven days workshop in Athens, Greece.
Born and raised in Japan, Atsuro has been seriously practicing and studying Ashtanga Yoga with Tim Miller and he is grateful to be able to share his knowledge of the practice.
In this workshop Atsuro Chiba will break down and explain the asanas, the dynamics and the energy aspects of the Primary Series of Ashtanga Yoga.
He will also guide Pranayama and Mysore sessions.

We are honored to welcome David Garrigues giving his first weekend workshop and semi-private classes in Athens, Greece.
David is skillful in providing explanations of elusive, often unspoken aspects of the practice and will give a combination of Weekend Workshop- offering clinic style led classes that investigate specific aspects of the practice that help students come to new perspectives on how to practice more intelligently, safely and joyfully- and Semi Private Mysore and Pranayama Sessions, small class structure limited 20 people, offering specific, personal instructions to each practitioner.

Pattabhi Jois, in Mysore, India. As a result of their long and close association, Nancy is able to teach with a style and touch that comes directly from Pattabhi Jois. When she asked Jois how she should teach, he told her to “teach the way I taught you”—advice which she took to heart and continues to follow today.

Tim Miller has been studying and teaching Ashtanga Yoga for over 30 years and was the first American certified to teach by Pattabhi Jois at the Ashtanga Yoga Research Institute in Mysore, India. Tim has a thorough knowledge of this ancient system, which he imparts in a dynamic, yet compassionate and playful manner. “My goal as a teacher is to inspire a passion for practice. The practice itself, done consistently and accurately, is the real teacher.” Tim teaches workshops and retreats throughout the United States and abroad.
